CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1.HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERM

1.1.General Terms:

  1. You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
  2. The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
  3. You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  4. Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
  5. In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the equivalent standard.
  6. You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.
  7. In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  8. By making a booking through our Site you make an offer to purchase the service or holiday package from the supplier. We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.
  9. Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
  10. Once we accept your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by you.
  11. The supplier's general travel and contractual terms and conditions are made available by us to you by means of a link or full text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions.
  12. Where there is a conflict between any information on our Site and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. Where there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier's one will apply in priority.
  13. We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.
  14. We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and/or holiday packages and we provide no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented. We do not as well supply any guaranteefor the availability of services and/or holiday packages.
  15. The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.
  16. We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.
  17. The suppliers providing their services and holiday packages through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
  18. We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.
  19. Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.
  20. The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

1.2.Amend & Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel any holiday packages, please notify us by writing a mail, by your registered mail id used at the time of booking.
  2. Cancellation of holiday packages may vary from location to location and season to season.
  3.  We would like to inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra. If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
  4. In case of Land slide/earth quack or any other reason we may provideyou alternate sightseeing.
  5. No refund shall be made if any one feels sick during travelling and can't proceed according to itinerary.
  6. Mostly we charge:
CANCELLING 30 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE    :       10% OF PACKAGE COST

CANCELLING 20 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE    :       20% OF PACKAGE COST

CANCELLING 14 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE    :       50% OF PACKAGE COST

CANCELLING 8 DAYS BEFORE JOURNEY DATE     :       100% OF PACKAGE COST 

Cancellation fee varies from case to case basis, subjected to Real situation, Cancellation policy of the supplier or third party conditionality.

  1. We suggest you to contact www.globalduniya.com before cancelling any packages to know the cancellation charge of specific package.
  2. Refund may take up to 30-45 working days.
***These cancellation charges are subject to vary as per the season or other conditions of Hotel, Airlines, Touroperators***.
  1. Refund: It is essential to contact. Refund process can take duration of 30-45 working days due to banking procedures.
Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.  In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the transaction charges.

2.FLIGHT BOOKING TERM

2.1.DOMESTIC FLIGHT:

2.1.1.General Terms

  1. The Total Price displayed is in INR includes all applicable government taxes.
  2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  3. There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  4. To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  5. Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
  6. We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket. As all Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  7. By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline.
  8. Globalduniya charges a non-refundable convenience charge for oneway flights and for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  9. Friends and Family Special Fares are applicable on Domestic Flights only.Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking.Seats are subject to availability.Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings.
  10. Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares Minimum 2 passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare.
  11. All statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel.
  12. Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s).

2.1.2.Check-in

  1. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  2. The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  3. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

2.1.3.Amendments

  1. Every booking made on GlobalDuniya is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  2. In case of Online Reschedule, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
  3. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected
  4. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, GlobalDuniya charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 500[21]  per passenger per sector.
  5. We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  6. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  7. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

2.1.4.Cancellation Policy

  1. Every booking made on GlobalDuniya is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
  3. Online cancellations: Cancellations cannot be made online by Customer Support page.
  4. Offline cancellations: We only accept cancellation requests through telephones.However in addition to this you may request it by customer support email.
  5. GlobalDuniya cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, GlobalDuniya will charge Rs 500 per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
  6. Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. GlobalDuniya shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  7. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours[22]  before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  8. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
  9. If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. GlobalDuniya will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  10. To cancel the tickets over the phone, call the 24x7 customer care numbers.

2.1.5.Refund

  1. It is mandatory to contact GlobalDuniya for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at globalduniya.com.
  2. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to GlobalDuniya by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
  3. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  4. Convenience charge of paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
  5. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if you used your Credit Card, Debit card, Online Banking or Payment wallet, we will credit the money back to the Credit Card Debit card Online Banking or Payment wallet.
  6. On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  8. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  9. Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

 

2.1.6.Meal Selection Policy

  1. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  2. The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  3. The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  4. The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

 

2.1.7.Travel Insurance

  1. If  Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a GlobalDuniya booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, GlobalDuniya will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.
  2. Insurance is only valid for trips emerging from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip emerging from outside India, insurance is not applicable
  3. Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70 or depending upon our insurance Provider
  4. Domestic insurance cancellation charge of Rs. 60 is applicable.

 

2.2.INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT

2.2.1.General Terms

  1. The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  3. There will be no refund provided by us for 'no-shows' or any partially unused ticket.
  4. Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  5. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
  6. Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  7. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  8. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  9. GlobalDuniya is not responsible for any schedule change and/ or cancellation, clubbing of flights by any airline after issuance of ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  10. GlobalDuniya reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing the booking, cancellation, alterations, etc. services provided on www.GlobalDuniya.com. GlobalDuniya further reserves the right to revise any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, levies and taxes for availing the aforementioned services.

 

2.2.2.Check-in

  1. The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  2. As per various airlines, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  3. You need to carry appropriates travels permissions / documents (Valid Passport, Visa, Transit Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. GlobalDuniya shall not be responsible for any issues resulting from invalid or inappropriate travel documents.

 

2.2.3.Amendments

  1. GlobalDuniya may assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you may need to contact the airline directly.
  2. Every booking made on GlobalDuniya is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  3. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fares, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  4. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, GlobalDuniya charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 500 per passenger.

2.2.4.Cancellation Policy

  1. Every booking made on GlobalDuniya is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will be no refund in such cases.
  3. On top of the airline's cancellation charges, GlobalDuniya charges a service fee of Rs 659 per passenger per sector.
  4. Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by Customer Support Portal.Right now online cancellation facility is not offered to customer.
  5. Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.
  6. All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
  7. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team: 1860 258 5858 (local call from any phone).
  8. If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. GlobalDuniya will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

 

2.2.5.Partial Payment Terms and Condition:

  1. Incase of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.
  2. Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once your payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited
  3. Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  4. Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or GlobalDuniya.com without prior notice.
  5. If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

 

2.2.6.Refunds

  1. It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.globalduniya.com.
  2. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 5 to 7 days.
  3. Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

 

2.2.7.On Hold Terms and Condition:

  1. GlobalDuniya will charge Rs. 500 for holding a ticket at a specified price for a specified interval of time. However, the ticket will be issued only if the balance payment is realized by GlobalDuniya within the stipulated time subject to following terms and conditions.
  2. Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  3. Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or GlobalDuniya without prior notice.
  4. If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.
  5. Under all conditions, we should realize your payment within the stipulated time in order for the issuance of the ticket at same fare.
  6. In case of delay of payment realization because of any third party and should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  7. No Promo Code usage will be allowed in booking tickets through Hold Functionality. In case of any use of Promo Code withhold ticket functionality, the ticket will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
  8. In case of unavailability of the ticket by our partner airlines, we will refund your paid amount without any deductions.
  9. This service is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
  10. All the bookings made through this service is subject to GlobalDuniya terms and conditions and the airline terms and conditions.
  11. The airline terms and conditions can change without any notice. For the latest terms and conditions, please check with directly with the airline.
  12. In case of cancellation and rescheduling, the initial amount paid for holding the ticket is non-refundable.

 

2.2.8.Insurance

  1. Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. GlobalDuniya in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.
  2. For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider.
  3. In case of rescheduling of the ticket, GlobalDuniya cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on GlobalDuniya.
  4. In case of cancellation of the ticket, GlobalDuniya cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on GlobalDuniya.
  5. In case of rescheduling of the ticket, GlobalDuniya, in any case whatsoever, will never issue the new updated insurance policy to the custome. The policy gets cancelled automatically and the refund is initiated by GlobalDuniya back to the customer in such cases.

 

2.2.9.Travel Insurance:

  1. If Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a GlobalDuniya booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, GlobalDuniya will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.
  2. Insurance is only valid for trips emerging from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip emerging from outside India, insurance is not applicable

NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RESPECTIVE AIRLINE BOOKED BY YOU. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RESPECTIVE AIRLINE BOOKED BY YOU APPLIES TO YOU.

 GLOBALDUNIYA.COM IS A FACILITATION PLATFORM PROVIDING EASY AND CONVENIENT ACCESS TO RESERVATIONS. DUE TO THE VOLATILE NATURE OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRY, AIRLINES DELAY AND DEFAULT IN REFUND OF TICKETS, GLOBALDUNIYA.COM SHALL BE IN A POSITION TO PROCESS CUSTOMER REFUNDS AGAINST FLIGHT TICKETS ONLY IF THE SAME HAVE BEEN REFUNDED BY THE RESPECTIVE AIRLINE. IN THE EVENT AN AIRLINE DISCONTINUES ITS OPERATIONS, GLOBALDUNIYA.COM WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER REFUNDS WHEREIN THE SAME HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED BY THE AIRLINES. GLOBALDUNIYA DOESN'T ALLOW EX-INDIA BOOKING ON ITS PLATFORM AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IN CASE OF ANY SUCH BOOKING MADE ON ITS PLATFORM IN ANY WAY. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY GLOBALDUNIYA, GLOBALDUNIYA WILL REFUND THE BOOKING AMOUNT TO THE CONSUMER AFTER DEDUCTING THE AIRLINE CHARGES AND GLOBALDUNIYA FEES APPLICABLE.

 

3.HOTEL BOOKING TERMS

3.1.General Terms

  1. GlobalDuniya act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  2. Hotels may not allow local residents to check-in as guests. This is strictly subject to the Hotel Policies and GlobalDuniya will not be responsible for such check-in denials.
  3. Hotels reserve the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly, accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a Couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. GlobalDuniya will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
  4. Hotel may deny check in to guests providing Id Proof of the same city as the hotel itself.
  5. The hotel pictures/information on the website, including amenities and facilities are provided by the hotel. This information is for reference only. For any discrepancy that exists between the website pictures and actual settings, GlobalDuniya is not liable and responsible.
  6. It is mandatory for you to send the auto generated form filling your correct credit card details immediately to the hotel in order for the booking to be confirmed by the hotel/accommodation.
  7. The booking is not confirmed until the filled auto generated form is sent to the hotel.
  8. The credit card details should be sent only via the auto generated form and in no other format.
  9. Prior to the filling of the auto generated form being sent to the hotel by you, your booking is only provisional and hotel has no obligation to reserve a room for you.
  10. The hotel shall confirm your booking post authorizing and verifying the credit card details.
  11. The hotel may deny your booking if it is not able to authenticate and verify the credit card details as per its terms and conditions.
  12. The Company does not store your credit card in details database as they are sent by you directly to the hotel and stored by the hotel.
  13. The hotel might block your credit card for the amount of the booking as per the hotel's terms and conditions and the Company shall not be responsible for the same.
  14. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  15. Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy & seasonality.
  16. Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  17. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  18. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  19. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas/ New Year's Eve or other festivals as decided by the hotel. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  20. Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.
  21. Time Zone applicable for content displayed on the website shall be Indian Standard Time for all purposes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

3.2.Conditions Applicable for all Hotel Offers

  1. GlobalDuniya reserves the right to:
  1. discontinue or extend the Cashback period without assigning any reasons whatsoever;
  2. change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Cashback without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Customers acknowledge that they will not be personally advised of any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification. Customers are advised to check for any such change/ amendment / addition /deletion/ modification regularly. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  1. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Cashback shall be borne solely by the Customer and GlobalDuniya shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  2. Customers are requested to be accustomed, satisfy and agree to with these terms and conditions of the Cashback before participating in or making any purchase in relation to this Cashback. Participation in the Cashback is discretion of Customer.
  3. Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Cashback.
  4. Liability of GlobalDuniya shall be limited to the extent of the cash back to which Customer is entitled as per terms and conditions.
  5. Decision of GlobalDuniya in respect of Cashback, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
  6. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
  7. By participating in this Scheme, Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. GlobalDuniya does not provide any warranties with regard to the quality or fitness for any purpose of the hotels available under the Cashback. Customers agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless GlobalDuniya, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use, or loss of any Cashback related benefit/hotel booking, or participation in any Cashback-related activity or participation herein.
  8. All other standard terms and conditions applicable are listed on www. GlobalDuniya.com.
  9. It is mandatory for you to send the auto generated form filling your correct credit card details immediately to the hotel in order for the booking to be confirmed by the hotel/accommodation.
  10. The booking is not confirmed until the filled auto generated form is sent to the hotel.
  11. The credit card details should be sent only via the auto generated form and in no other format.
  12. Prior to the filling of auto generated form being sent to the hotel by you, your booking is only provisional and hotel has no obligation to reserve a room for you.
  13. The hotel shall confirm your booking post authorizing and verifying the credit card details.
  14. The hotel may deny your booking if it is not able to authenticate and verify the credit card details as per its terms and conditions.
  15. The Company does not store your credit card in details database as they are sent by you directly to the hotel and stored by the hotel.
  16. The hotel might block your credit card for the amount of the booking as per the hotel's terms and conditions and the Company shall not be responsible for the same.

 

3.3.Cancellation Policy

  1. The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.
  2. Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.
  3.  In the event of Cancellation, the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel.
  4. If the booked Room of the hotel is nonrefundable booking, then no refund will be processed. Refundable rooms are specially marked on the website, if it do not have refundable room written over booking window, it automatically understood that the booking is non cancellable.
  5. On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional GlobalDuniya cancellation charge of 12% or Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy.
  6. Cancellations can be done online by our  Customer support executive/call-Centre.
  7.  Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
  8. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly.

 

3.4.Modification & Refunds

  1. GlobalDuniya do not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours.
  2. GlobalDuniya doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.
  3. All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and the Company is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.
  4. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

 

4.BUS BOOKING TERMS

4.1.General Terms

Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of Boarding the Bus:

  1. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
  2. Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  3. All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
  4. Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.

4.2.Change in Bus Type:

In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount, if any to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

4.3.Ticket Cancellation:

Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the Company account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). To cancel the tickets online, Users shall have to complete the following procedure:

  1. To cancel the tickets offline, call the customer care numbers +919555980981
  2. Note: Cancellation charges levied by Bus operator will be applicable at the time of cancellation. GlobalDuniya does not levy any cancellation charges on its own.
  3. Cancellation charges are available on your ticket sent on your email ID.
  4. Partial cancellation of Bus ticket is not available.
  5. Reschedule of Bus ticket is not available.
  6. Refunds on ticket cancelled will be directly transferred to the respective account from which payment was made at the time of booking.

 

4.4.Exclusion Clause

GlobalDuniya shall not be responsible for following:

  1. If bus is not departing / reaching on time.
  2. The bus operator's employees being rude.
  3. The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
  4. The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
  5. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
  6. The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
  7. The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
  8. The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
